bliz/All FRHV interested
Share structure/use of shares;
I want to discuss concerns about the use of shares and how that may affect the growth of the company and market participants. This is of course just my opinion, but my honest appraisal would be that I fully expect the o/s to approach 200 million if they implement their publicly stated plan to acquire shelf space and put their product(s) in front of the buying public. There is simply no other way to accomplish what I see to be their stated goals concerning said growth projections without significant utilization of shares.
Sales success;
You yourself publicly posted that you contacted the NYC Whole Foods location and found that the company's products were selling briskly and WF was waiting for restock. WF is the nations largest organic supermarket, very large potential there as you are aware. (Good dd by the way) Soon, we hope to hear of reports of the company's product appearing at Walgreen cash registers.
Here is a copy of YOUR post dated January 27.

A little DD:
The Whole Foods store in NYC that carries our Wings of Nature bars has sold out but the next shipment arrives tomorrow. The manager said they were selling quite good. That to me is a very good sign.
Now, back to my comments;
Proper use of shares imo;
This is how development stage companies move forward, they do not have substantial cash so they use shares to grow. If you or anyone else interested disagree with this strategy then FRHV is NOT the stock you wish to purchase and hold imo. It is my opinion that FRHV may expand shares outstanding to near 200 million during their acquisition phase. I have employed the 200 million number into my calculations as to risk and reward. This is responsible management, but to grow they must use shares or cash. This is an undeniable reality, we must deal with it or find other places to put our money. Me? I'm staying right here, in fact, I kept my promise to add 1 million additional shares this past week.
Moreover, every share they issue affects their family share percentage and ours. Imo it is HIGHLY unlikely that the CEO is going to dilute his OWN MOTHER and FATHER if it is not in their best interest for the LONGER TERM. Also, the CEO purchasing shares in the open market is an additional testament to his dedication to the long term prospects of the company. Many CEO's SAY they will buy shares, FEW do it as you well know. I suspect that the family and friends of the CEO have been systematically purchasing shares from the float over the past few weeks from willing sellers. Time will tell.
This company has performed and kept EVERY promise they have made. In fact, they keep their new client names private until they are ready or near ready to SHIP product or have received a purchase order. They tell us when it is DONE.
Despite your concerns, you continue assert publicly that you are a shareholder. To be precise, your ACTIONS speak louder than your words and concerns.
Your ACTIONS are clearly demonstrated in this post you made within the past 24 hours.

Of course his purchases were rather small but I agree and that's why I recently added a few more shares
Imo your decison to add shares is telling, nothing beats good management and ability to implement. There will be bumps along the road with websites, communication issues, orders, and so on. But when witnessing the overall ACTIONS of the company, this FRHV is very hard to ignore at .02.
