I am not a party to any decisions by Abbott but in the S1, Moro confirms that Abbott has done absolutely nothing with RECAF since signing the amended agreement almost two years ago.

Logic would tell you that if they thought RECAF had the potential to make money, they would have proceeded. It has now been almost 5 years since they licensed RECAF. If it isn't happening in 5 years, it probably is not going to happen.

He's not certain about $6M in new financing, and the best entry price in years, however.
