On the FRHV website, it states that FRHV is a member of the Organic Trade Association (OTA). As part of my DD, I checked out the OTA website and could not find them on the member list. After contacting the OTA, I found out that their membership expired in 2008! According to the OTA, they are also not participating in this year's Organic Coffee Collaboration. Why would they let their membership expire and also why would they keep that info on their website about being an "active" member of the OTA.

My DD will continue along other lines. I do own shares and recently added under .02. GL!
