I disagree with this assumption...I dont think the bidder is lumb ...I think lumb is the controlling party behind ffgo..and will benefit tremendously from the closing of the deal, BUT, there really is no 'proof' so far that the buyer is lumb...and to make assumptions before the facts are on the table is a complete waste of time...These guys have well educated lawyers at their disposal...they are not about to violate any 'rules'...If the SEC had ANYTHING on them, they would have shut things down by now...
If assumptions are going to be made, then one can also assume that this deal will close and a winfall will be distributed...Too much planning, time, and money spent for it not to happen... !!!
