I would not think anything of the other stuff you found it is largely meaningless, the most recent document was a notice dated for 2006. I think this is all primarily related to the previous company of Stan Media and really has nothing to do with POW! I think there were some legal ramblings that happened at the time which have all been cleared up. I think for a short period Stan suspended operations to deal with that stuff and I think it was something to do with or tied to a Legal battle in which Stan eventually sued Marvel and won but it all got cleared up and Stan and Marvel latter sorted out there differences to move on to bigger and better things.

I think by then end Stan was for the most part still trying to put all of that behind him and Pow off the ground and moving by the most recent item of 2006. No big deal from what I can see and most of the stuff is actually quite old.

Well N O I guess since you ask for a simple thing like their address and then post a non-event form from 2006 we need not worry about your DD. And if there is still any doubt you say

Well anyone who knows better knows that the stock structure remained UNCHANGED with appx 117 mil o/s and appx 17 mil in the float for several almost a couple years until they just paid Disney their 15 or 16 mil shares for theri 10%.
