Dude...Most OTCBB companies utilize the NT-10K...not a big deal unless they don't file and become delisted. I'll have to check, but I think the SEC initiated the NT 10-K/Q rules specifically for smaller, OTC and other reporting entities. I think they kept complaining because they would always incur extra expenses on expedited shipping, over-time, etc.

I knew you where gonna say that. A lot of companies do that, even big companys so don't blow this up. it's nothing. Then again, if there is so much you don't like about FRHV then sell your shares and move on.
