#61350 RE: mbartoszek #61345

I really do think that financial statements will go a long way in increasing investor confidence. I appreciate you explaining this to us and look forward to reading more information about LLEG's projects.

A few questions:

1) How soon do you expect construction to begin on Laidlaw Berlin Biopower shortly after receiving necessary permits?

2) Will LLEG operate the New Bedford project as is until permits are received for the Biomass conversion?

3) When do you anticipate filing financial statements (as discussed in your 1/28/10 update?

Thank you!

Thanks, Mike. At least we now know where this is coming from and the amount to expect to go thru. I appreciate the response.

Mike, thanks for the update and transparency. It's only a matter of time before the investment community realizes that LLEG is a "sleeping giant" and the best kept secret on the OTCBB/Pink Sheets.

Whoever uses AUTO tends to dilute rather methodically and the only problem is really when volume slows. It's kind of a catch 22, investors buy to try and help out, but that can only sustain for while. Once the support fails, some get frustrated, many new stay on the sidelines, and many who have seen it before slowly bow out. As long as the ends justify the means we'll all be OK, no matter what route you take. Thank you for what you have done and are doing.

That was one EXCELLENT PR, just got snuffed out by new shares. It's kind of like Tiger Woods' affairs, took a while to catch up.:-)
