I agree there will be another R/S, that has never been a secret, but it should be a very small one and for uplist to AMEX, NYSE or NASDAQ...and in a couple years, unless this takes off...(and lets not forget about a possible buyback prior to that as well)

1mil shares / 5 = 200k and pps at $2+
hmmmm, 1mil at .02 or 200k at $2? (this would obviously include increases in rev and higher eps and multiple with much more wiser investors that will hold not flip for McD money...IMO...
and I think they use $4k not $6k for car allowances and yes, that needs to end....
FYI, please show me where you see EI lining their pockets...They still hold the share grab since 2008 and have used most of the few they sold for the company...Its all in my DD sticky....nothing hidden as far as I know...
