Look at the 8K posted above...The scary part "The Company anticipates that its existing capital resources will not enable it to continue operations past the end of January 2010. If the Company fails to raise additional capital prior to early February 2010, it will be forced to cease operations."
Scary, but I'd like to THANK the sellers of the 50,000 shares I bought today under .03 :) I might buy more, but waiting on this weekends news might be wise. However I've been in a similar positions before, and once I added, another I sold and one I just watched...
So today I bought at about half of the previous 52 week low just in case it turns out good. If it turns BAD then I'll add in sub penny land and hold until something happens or I need the loss.
