Thanks. That helps a lot. I actually read one guy on another EXPH message board who was buying EXPH because of the patent for ETC. I told him it could take a long time and is not guaranteed, and is not a good enough reason by itself to buy a stock.

Looks like they still need to address some issues regarding the patent. Look at my previous post here: (and somewhere in there I think it states they have up to 6 months to respond, so may be a while yet)
