I live in Jacksonville and work about 10 minutes from Hurlong....what I can tell you is that they have done a survey and submitted to the COJ for the area where the new facility will be built.....based on expansions I have done, this is a 3-6 month process with the city (florida in general is a PIA) The exisiting stuff ie the flight simulator and aircraft are all on site currently. Also the son of a guy that works for me was one of the pilots involved in picking up a place in Orlando that QASP purchased last year to add onto their training fleet of aircraft. I am sure this eases no mind's in here, but FWIW the company does appear to be expanding etc.
