in order for it to go private at creditors request wouldn't that simply be a bankruptcy proceedure.doesn't the bod have a fiduciary responsibility to the share holders,not the creditors. if a privatization takes place why doesn't a big copper company and just buy the company for "peanuts".no, i just don't believe that privatization is on the table.
