Well Cletus, just rational. THey would have a first on all the assets which would include the reserves. Of course taking ti private may look good to a short sighted person, but knowing where this stock should go over time with proper financing, the return for the finance company would be far greater if they take their normal interst and a huge chunk of shares to boot. Keep in mind, if they are putting the kind of $$$$ in we are talking about, they have seen everything and believe in the LT Prospects of CPRK.

1) There were rumors on the board about some vote to take the company private. I know RDG said he got a straight answer from you that this is not true, but I am checking myself. Was there even a story or talk about this?

No going private has been discussed by BOD..
