adam's email response hey guys this is my first post. I wrote an email to adam and got this back:
First let me thank you for your time and interest.
We are in the process of filing our latest Q while some might think this a simple task a lot goes into it. There is a large amount of information to be gathered.
At the same time we were proud as a company to bring our newest and third board member on. The SEC prefers that small companies have a board of at least three members so that was important to accomplish this quarter.
We are in the process of test marketing the bulb on T.V. honing what times and what networks are the most effective. This way when the time is right for a mass marketing and media buy we have all of our ducks in a row.
I look to have this latest Q filed on time as we have filed on time for the past year which was how we were able to move te company off of the pink sheets and back to the OTC BB and I will let nothing jeapordize the companies good standing.
