Was the 53% increase in O/S the action of new management, or was it DR's doing? I haven't seen any hard evidence about the date(s) of the action. Thus, I'll reserve judgment until such time.
News of O/S increase to ~72 MM based on report by poster ypsiCPA who called transfer agent on 19 Jan 2010.*
Previous O/S report of 47.3 MM shares was submitted by lowman on 21 October 2009.
DR died on 21 December 2009.
