Well the only thing 'chemistry' got right was the word TWELVE.

It is a poorly filmed version of TWELVE, based on the same novel.

Here's what it says off to the right by whoever posted the clip:
Twelve - The Movie, based upon the novel by Nick McDonell... (just the party-scene)

So it is based on the same novel, by Nick McDonell...it's just not our Joel Schumacher directed movie.
