If you want to see real suspicion... Check out NHYF's second sticky note ... It reads:

According to the last two PR's, the CEO Resigned followed by the interim CEO and a Board of Director. Not long after, the last remaining board member presumably passes away (if this is true, I am very sorry) No PR has been issued explaining the status of the company. I implore all who have shares to contact the SEC, since no one is taking responsibility for this company. In an email from one of the previous board of directors, I was told that he lost 60,000 dollars and I have received emails from others telling me of their losses. I myself lost about 20,000. What bothers me is that no one is running the company, yet it is still trading on the Pink Sheets... The SEC needs to be notified by all shareholders affected by this stocks practices... www.sec.gov/
