Which independent testing lab has verified this claim? Or is this one of the PR claims the SEC has said that SPNG has lied about?

Exactly! A normal sponge can not do that unless you manually add the soap your self.

it does if I add the soap in the kitchen and take it to the bathroom to clean the sink, or to my other delivery system, my car (its a cheapie).
Then it is exactly like a spongetech sponge.. its full of soap and i can take it anywhere
