I agree with EJ. The last SEC filing was for the Qtr ending 3/31/03. Having missed SIX quarterly SEC filings, one can safely assume share numbers have changed.

Sure, the numbers have changed. But you can't talk intelligently about the numbers without current filings. So we use old filings and work from there.
