I was going to reply to this post yesterday but ran into my 3 post limit. I intend to keep buying all the way up. Can never seem to hit the lows, you know how that goes. Can't seem to get into day trading so I'm long and strong. I have bought but I haven't sold a share. From what I hear, the folks at Poly believe the share price
could be $10/shr by years end. They aren't worried about this lawsuit either. I should hear if they start buying shovels or other equipment. I know AZC bought 3 that were to be constructed this summer but that was put on hold due to issues. I guess Poly is waiting 'til they have permits in hand. Time will tell.
