I know how you feel, we all make mistakes. Most people make the big mistake of buying when they should be selling, and selling when they should be buying. Now I feel that he time for buying is now.
Look at the end of March most people took all their money and put it into bonds or fixed accounts when the Dow hit 6600, because they felt that they didn't want to lose any more money. That was when they should of been buying! Those that had money took advantage of that buying opportunity and made lots of cash.
