The reason NASA sole sourced JBII is because they were the only company that could do the work to NASA's satisfaction. What's the matter, don't you trust NASA's judgement???????????......z

I agree, being sole sourced by NASA is a terrible thing.

Incorrect... all that "sole sourced" means is that nobody else was able to do what JB does. NOBODY. That's why NASA will only use him, because nobody else is capable of retrieving the info on those tapes.

If you research it, others have tried but could not. JB did and can.

Wrong again. A govenment sole source is done because only one vendor can provide the service. Tkae it from someone who knows.
