DTL...Good insight. I am in agreement with you. Been in several similar situations. I am long here and waiting patiently with or w/o PR's.

Yeah, but this is a question of trust. If QEDN said they would merge sometime in February, ok, I would wait longer. I am not in a hurry. QEDN said January. So, it has to be January. If not, then, no, I wouldn't be investing here ever again. Because I couldn't believe any PRs they release from now on. So not only are they loosing me as a current investor, they are loosing me as a future investor. Another thing is bashers. If this merger doesn't go through in January, bashers will be using it as an example of this company's business practices. Bashers are extremely important in swaying investor decisions. When you search QEDN on any search engine, this and other message boards come in the first few results. Chances are 90% of investors visit these boards, and form their opinions based on what they read. So if QEDN is serious at all about merging with PROremote, then they have to act before Friday. A lot of people will leave and not look back, if nothing comes out by this Friday. Not many people will wait for Monday.

So...
This is why I think they will do it by Friday. At least the news part. I would then stick around and see just how far the road goes.
My opinion.

I held zevotek's shares for months. In the end they did come through and did everything they promised. I made a huge profit there. Now I trust them. Today I got in, and made another 20% profit.

DTL, I’m the kind of person that believes that a person’s word is what gives them dignity or gives them distrust.
QEDN need to keep they’re word about the Merger for people to trust them, for me to trust them. My worry is the PR will be a delay and I feel, making us wait to the very end of the month to give us a delay is a very un-trustworthy act.

I’m not saying we will get a delay and I’m not saying the Merger couldn’t happen if there was a delay, I’m saying, if they give us a delay, I will find it hard to trust them.
I will also find it hard to move on, considering I’ve waited all this time for this Merger and to move on and have the Merger happen and the PPS shoot way up would be a terrible feeling of regret.
If things go bad and I lose all my money with QEDN, I still have my health and my job to be able to start over.
If I sell and safeguard my money and the Merger goes through and the PPS goes way up, I’ll have terrible regret that I can’t get back.


So I say this to myself…
Patience is a virtue!

Essence, keep in mind that these two PR's don't need to happen this week or next to still do wonders. I really hope they post this evening but they don't need to IMO for a successful run.
There are a couple here who will sell and probably some who don't read Ihub who will sell as well. Keep in mind these buyers on the sidelines who are just waiting and watching for these milestone PR's. They won't necessarily go away if we don't get a PR this week but will just wait longer on the sidelines. Then don't you think that these early sellers
