The fact of the matter is:
It’s not necessary to uplist in order to file 10k or even reveal current share structure. Filings could be done immediately, but management is reluctant.
Similar sentiments were expressed back in September. Some were suggesting that filing was being delayed until NASTAQ listing was obtained. IMO
