VVV that kind of decision to sell the company is not MD's he might think it is but it is not, he does not own the company the shareholders do.
He has a fiduciary duty as a member of the BOD to bring this to the BOD and for the BOD to decide not Dotson.
Let's be quite clear about this whatever that number is that was offered there should be a BOD minuted discussion as to why that offer was rejected, if that is not the case then the law was broken.
