It really sounds like the MSHA folks throw a monkey wrench in things when they come. I guess the lesson here is not schedule your visit w/in a month of when they say they might get there!

3V, that again was great results. Good work. Here are my thoughts:

1)MSHA is out there and it was rumored that the new plant equipment was not yet in use. It is very possible they need the MSHA sign-off to roll them into production. More efficient production than in 2009.

2)CM alluded to MD in COO position. He had alluded earlier to LTF in the range of 150M. We will soon learn how close his "informed speculations" are to reality. There may indeed be a management shakeup coming, with MD taking a more limited role.

So what we can all get out of CM's reply is .......HE HAS NO INFO.
Not much change from last week.....or the week before.
Makes ya wonder why we even have a IR representative?

As usual, GREAT JOB!!!
I am amazed at the amount of information you have gathered!
You and Charles have a great rapport!
It also confirms my thoughts in regards to "to many hats" that MD wears. Now will MD acknowledge his short comings(as we all have them) or will he stand proud and ignore? I hope he has good counsel and help him understand this is a company in need of change and it always starts at the top. All in my opinion
