from what i've read this is supposed to be a something like the olive garden. there are backers and people ready to finance expansion into florida and various other locations. they may already have locations in mind to open duplicate restaurants. you're betting on their future not just one restaurant in sturgis.
the only thing i can say is that there are only 29 million shares in the trading float. the other 50 million are restricted for a year. that would triple your value of .11 but i think this goes higher just on speculation and momentum. it depends on the news and the hope that there is no delay. i've seen that happen enough times
