I don't know whether today's PR was designed to attract new investors, or whether it was designed to allow older ones to cash out.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I need one of two things:
1) A higher pps to make my current shares worth something, or
2) A very low pps to allow me to average down.

When I was in the military, we used to hear the term: "Hurry Up and Wait!", lol, that's what I feel I'm doing right now.
