I still own 10s of thousands of shares in UDVE. The problem is that there is no response to everyone's emails. There is zero information available and a shroud of secrecy over the company. This does not necessarily mean anything bad. However, it is being interpreted as being bad.
My guess is that they are being bought out. Merger talks have secrecy clauses. Or, headhunters got the management.
