Honestly what this CEO did should be illegal. He had a 1 for 2000 reverse split and after that he still had the guts to raise the authorized shares to 21 billion. I feel bad for him as has no care what so ever for the shareholders or doing what's morally correct. IMO I'd be very careful wt this one.
