Good news, rather see them keep the cash for divy instead of commons at time being. I rather have a stronger balance sheet then a small divy for commons.
The thing is, we are at the start of a bull market real estate is at the lows, it will go back up I plan on keeping some free shares for 8+ at some point down the road. Stock is ready for a confirmation tomorrow.
