"Hardware encrpytion" is not a noun (something in and of itself), but can be used as an adjective, such as a "hardware encryption device" (a device that encrypts data).
However it is not possible to "encrypt" hardware.
If e.Digital wants to claim that is has a proprietary product that performs the task of encrypting date, that would make sense.
Being a "technology" company, e.Digital should explain in further detail what it means by its proprietary "hardware encryption."
