RB.. re CESV yes it is a sleeper,and way under the radar. Even today's news did not move it much but the growth here is outstanding, and is backed and encouraged by the Chinese gov't to help with their energy crisis. It was a shell 6 months ago and now has passed through the otc and is ready for the NASDAQ (SEC has approved the listing)in record time, with such a low float once the instiutional investors pick up on it I think a $40- $60. pps is realistic within 6 months.
I have this on my no brainer list for 2005.
