Smart, thanks for the compliment. Of course, just cause you raise the A/S doesn't mean it is lowered with a r/s. that's the game silly. R/S and bring the PPS back up so you can continue to dilute, dilute, dilute and leave the A/S the same.
they probably raised the AS to keep controlling interest after selling too many shares into the OS... now they have controlling interest again, they can reverse split and get the company back to 500 mil or 100 mil shares OS if they are making all that huge revenue like you say they are.
