What filings are you refering to? a pr type of filing or something else? Because to the best of my knowledge, pinks are only required very basic information to stay as a pink. Filings become more of a ncessity and hassle lol as you progress up the "listing" pyramid. ex. bb or nas, etc.

Whatever the case, im sure it was done legally.
