other than some shady characters involved I dont know enough about this one to say the PPS will drop. I was merely commenting on the suspect PR stating the phrase "binding letter of intent". There is no such thing. It's either a signed contract or it's not. LOI's however, have been the mainstay of many papermills when it comes to pumping pennies and sub pennies.
Since there was no buyout as promised, the phrase "binding letter of intent" seems like some PR writer got creative.
