This could be anything from a student doing a cross country, to picking up a part, which is very common. To assume that Dean took the plane is...geez we need that PR.
It is an aircraft owned and operated by a QAI subsidiary. I'm sure it is available for QAI business use at any time. To assume however that the flight logs document the travls of Mr. Bradley himself is a bit of a stretch in my opinion. There is no way of knowing why the plane goes where it goes, and who is flying it.
