I believe the details of land and partner contracts won't/can't be disclosed until VGREF begins trading. Not to say we are ready to sign contracts but DP Clean Tech will be heavily involved at least in China. JMO

They have to pay Chang first before they get the land I would think. Chang is on the VGREF Board and will not approve any expenses until his final payment is figured out I would think. Maybe they are waiting for the first down payment from what ever contract they can get and take VSPC's cut to pay part of what is owed.
