Maybe even happy. I have now learned that STP is going to demand a low signature for the Blocks, only around $2-2.5m each.

Kinda fits in with what the islanders were saying at the Denver presentation last June......the priority being speedier initial exploration to see just what lies underneath their sea, rather than high entrance fees which would slow things down.
