I missed where it said to download. Do an online chat and you will get the download. They will be able to tell you if your order went through.

Kaz, i had the same problem, i got an email from the support team and they said my account was not created. I am about to retry now. I first tried with firefox, going to use IE this second run

it's a good chance to test their tech support response as well.
