Most brokers, even scottrade, allow trades on grey stocks you just have to call your broker to do it. But right now scottrade and tdameritrade won't let you buy this one at all because there is a global lock put on this stock by the DTC depository trust corporation. Magellan has to fix this problem before the stock is going to go anywhere.
