I really think OWVI is further along than we know because it always seems PR's are "After the Fact". How far along are we that Steve says we will realize income from our Solar play already and
now a Brick and Mortar location in the hottest mall in Hong Kong
being OPEN NOW. How long has this been in the works? We must have
Cards out there by now. My guess is the Cash Store will be signing
people who are already approved (Everyone is) and issuing cards
then. Lets not forget Brother Bruce is talking 1World Cash from
that very location within the same walls as our cash store, World

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I would think FDIC approval is only for the U.S. and possibly its territories so if the card is flying in other countries, FDIC approval would not matter for OWVI to start making its profit.
