Then some of you are privileged to information, and you know a lot more than investors are being told....we spent the whole summer being told in the Thursday night meetings, the transfer agent was working on getting everything settled. All I know is, it didn't sound like my name was among those settlements with the transfer agent, if it had been, I would have had to pay a penalty to transfer my name out of the stock; and back to the company I bought the shares from. It's a pretty simple deduction. Since I was not penalized, my name was never in the transfer agents to begin with. These are the conclusions I reached in this perticular circumstance. Be them right or wrong; that is what I drew out of it. The company has made lots of errors, and have not been forth coming about their holdings. That's how I feel. I have my opinions.
I was asked about my refund, and did not mind sharing the experience, however, since it looks like the question was asked with another motive in mind, or even to argue a point...I see no point of discussing this any longer. I shared my experience, my opinions, and this will be my last post, so good luck to all.
