nobody's on D5, just simply saying it no longer matters what RT says. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!

Don’t use BEHL as your example, because they at least filed within 7 days of the CE being slapped on. Further the only reason they stalled was because of a change in procedure and obviously fees. After deliberation and seeing the effect on share price they filed complete financials as per guidelines within 60 days after first attempt. Either way the company did not sit and wait, and when it said it had financials it at least posted what it had immediately.

ENTK on the other hand has made claims several times having financials, and it is painfully obvious they did not and currently do not. Like I said before, it is all a matter of transparency and in this case I believe it has to do with investments into two dead end companies that were currently operating enough to be considered operational. In hopes of catching the wave of new economic growth, particularly in the “green energy” sector which has the highest potential for growth.

I am sure there will not be a retraction statement from MrFence about maximum production capacities, and endless demand, and no need for some stinking credit because Extreme is just making money like there is not tomorrow. Turns out they have closed the doors and yet have not included this detail in last weeks repetitive meaningless PR, or even a PR on its own merit. Don’t you think as a shareholder it is crucial to know that Extreme is non operational, a significant portion of your investor equity is now dormant?

I do not find any of this humorous, as it has a large effect, including the fact that this company made agreements with other companies that it cannot keep.
