I don't think that JD ever recanted the statement that EXPO does 2/3 of their volume in the second half of the year when in fact they haven't done this during the entire time that they have been in business. You said you thought that this would be misrepresentation if he didn't provide some sort of explanation. I don't see any explanation so that only leaves one option and that would be misrepresentation wouldn't it?
