greg - that depends on the nature of the deal (eventually) and who you believe (for now).

As for me, if I thought my investment was going to evaporate on March 18th I'd already be long gone from both the stock and this board.

Auction is scheduled for March 18th. I read through the filings last night and it appears that there are 11 other bidders that were/are very serious about buying some or all of CJHBQ's business/assets. We may see a bidding war that far exceeds the "stalking horse bid".

Also, it appears the committee of unsecured creditors may have something up their sleeve. They have been hiring firms to evaluate all of CJHBQ's options and have been asking a lot of questions about the stalking horse bid through filings. The committe of unsecured creditors may present a better plan to the judge for all stakeholders. Stay tuned folks, this could get VERY interesting!
