Opportunity, If you are excited about RECAF, then you have not read enough about universal cancer markers.
The fact is that there are indeed other universal cancer markers on the market for sale today.
Moro lied in the S1.
He stated the following: "There is not yet a universal cancer marker. Oncologists use different tests for each cancer. Moreover, we believe only a few of the cancer markers used today are very useful. Our intent is to develop RECAF as a universal cancer marker, potentially capable of detecting many cancers with high sensitivity and specificity."
Moro knows very well there are other unversal cancer markers out there because he and I have discussed them.
From reading the S1, it is obvious Moro does not want YOU to know there are other universal markers out there. If he did, the next logical question would be "how are they selling"? Then Moro would have to dance around the fact that no universal marker has developed any significant market at all.
Therapeutics with RECAF will never benefit any investor here.
The fact remains that investors here have bought into an old technology that is unknown in the medical community even after years of ISOBM meetings and whatever else. Abbott is no longer even remotely interested.
No one is interested except the naive investor and a few others that are influenced by Moro's verbiage.
