When the time is right. Otherwise, the small moves will retrace and the pps would go even lower. Major substantiated news should move the pps higher. We'll wait until then and gasp at the micro movement whether up or down.
I didn't say irrelevant I said overrated. My point was there is undue stress being put on the NNVC website simply because it is a bit out of date. I think to the investor quarterly reports and regular news reports far outweigh websites.
Further, there is a big difference in importance between news and journal articles published on the web such as Yahoo!News, NYTimes on-line, BBC.com, and JSSTR when compared to corporate websites.
