Usually, taped conversations are only admissible as evidence if at least one of the parties involved in the conversation has knowledge that the conversation is being recorded. In some jurisdictions,( MD in specific) all parties must know that the conversation is being recorded.
you are correct.... forgot about that! OK so let's hope that Megas announced to the DTCC that the phone conversation was being recorded and they still lied:) Their arrogance should not be overlooked....
