That one ought to be good for another .10 to .20 drop in PPS if it follows what has happened with other "HUGE" CEL-SCI news; I like coined terms: huge, explode, skyrocket, the tools of the trade for some. The problem for CEL-SCI is that these terms will not work for CEL-SCI because it has reached near zero credibility.
